Return & Refund Policy

At Undiecover your comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction are our top priorities. Because our products are designed for intimate use, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards to protect every customer.

1. All Sales Are Final for Opened Items

Due to the intimate nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or used items. This ensures that every Undiecover you receive is 100% new, safe, and untouched.

2. Returns for Unopened Items

If you change your mind, we can accept returns for unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery.

  • A return authorization must be obtained before sending items back.  
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item 
  • The wrong product in your order

Please contact us at Undiecover.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Email Undiecover.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our Return Authorization & Instructions before shipping your item back.
  3. Ship your unopened item in its original packaging to the address we provide. 

6. Final Notes

  • We cannot process returns sent without prior authorization. 
  • We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. 
  • Sale items and promotional offers are final sale unless defective or damaged.
